Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead a feature squad on technical side, ensuring the delivery of solutions with substantial business value.
- Coordinate and manage the development, working in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Leads.
- Plan and coordinate the execution of the squad roadmap to guarantee the rollout of features together with the Squad BA and architects
- Hands-on contribution of the development – coding
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the squad, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Personality requirements and skills
- Educational Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in leading development teams and managing projects in agile environments.
- Technical Proficiency in .NET, Angular, Terraform, AKS, and Cosmos DB.
- Cloud Expertise, with relevant experience in deploying and managing services on Azure.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with the team and collaborators.
- Proactive and Collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver quality solutions.
- English - fluent
