Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Supply chain management and production planning with a view to efficient production, supply excellence and inventory minimization.
- Supporting custom plant teams, engineering and development on new materials, new suppliers, new project/technology launch management
- Capacity management and feasibility studies in close liaison with plants as well as sales/engineering; proper risk management and communication of issues and technical problems.
- Organisational development of the supply chain in the business unit
- Managing process analysis, optimization and standardization within the supply chain and ensuring proper onboarding and training of new team members.
