Job description, responsibilities and duties

Marketing Manager should play a pivotal role in the CTI Group company's marketing development, coordination of all product-related activities, and key support to the Sales Team. In the future, the Marketing Manager’s expertise will be instrumental in shaping the company's direction and supporting the Sales Team to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive product adoption and support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (including Production, R&D, Sales) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with company objectives.
• Act as the central point of contact for all marketing-related matters within the company.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Analyze market data to inform product development, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
3. Product Development Support:
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory & Clinical affairs, and key Production product specialists to support product development efforts.
• Collect data from R&D and Production to translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions for customers.
4. Medical Evidence Generation and Comparative Testing:
• Oversee studies to evaluate product performance and generate medical evidence.
• Analyze product technical test results vs competitors to identify unique selling propositions (USPs) and competitive advantages.
5. Sales Support and Training:
• Provide key support to the Sales Team by developing sales materials, presentations, and product literature.
• Conduct/coordinate with R&D the product training sessions for sales team members to ensure thorough understanding of product features and benefits.6. Trade Show Participation and Brand

6. Representation:
• Identify and coordinate participation in key international medical trade shows to showcase our products.
• Ensure effective representation of the company's brand and products at trade shows and exhibitions.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

University education ( preferrably Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree) with Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Advanced (C1)

Experience in the position/sector

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device, healthcare industry
